OHYIDI 062 Checking In

It’s Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at 9:06 AM CST. – I sat down to write this check in, but then I got distracted when I opened up a package I got in the mail yesterday. It was a package full of some 3D print logos I bought on Ebay… one for Lego, G.I. Joe, and Hot Wheels. They are amazing. Maybe I’ll show them off in my upcoming zine. Speaking of my zine… I am considering to buy a new website specifically for housing my zine downloads. I think it would be nice if readers could have a place to go download the zine, and not be bombarded with a whole ton of pages and blog posts like on all of my other websites. It’s a thought. I don’t know if I’m going to do that or not, because at the same time, I’m trying to dwindle down the number of websites I’m managing. I could just end up hosting the zine here, or on my other website. I guess we’ll see in the end what I do. Anyway, I bought a new flash drive this morning for my photos and digital art. I already have these files stored on a SSD and another flash drive, but I need them stored as another copy on a separate flash drive for editing. I need to be able to number the files differently than what is on my current storage set up. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to start numbering some of the files tonight. So here it is at 9:52 AM CST, and it took me 44 minutes to write this, and now I gotta get some rest.

Surf Man Project:

In October 2025 I launched my surfman.co Surf Man Website Directory Project. This is a website and social media directory that will be available primarily in PDF document form. A lot of work is in progress with this project, and I am hoping to be able to get the first issue of the directory published within the first half of 2026.
