OHYIDI 071 Checking In

It’s Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 at 8:05 PM CST. – This post includes text from my check in tonight at D98.co on the Brain page. I forgot to check in yesterday. No big deal I guess. As far as productivity goes, I did what I plan to do tonight, which is get back on Facebook and follow more business pages… I know, how exciting lol… except it kind of is for me anyway to see what is out there. I’ve been using UpNote while working alongside Firefox to collect my Facebook page links while adding them into my que for the directory I’m building. It has been a very easy way to accomplish what I need to in my workflow with that, without needing to keep up with my flashdrive that has all of my text files on it. I highly recommend UpNote to anyone who needs to be able to write notes in a Windows Notepad-like experience that includes cloud syncing. UpNote is like Windows Notepad in a way, but with the cloud, and many editing functions included. I really enjoy using it.

OHYIDI 070 Checking In

It’s Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 8:30 PM CST. – It’s Monday again. That means I am working on my Surface Pro 11 from now until Friday. That means I’ll probably just be working on following more pages on Facebook for my directory since I haven’t gotten my Surface tablet set up for doing much of anything else.

OHYIDI 069 Checking In

It’s Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at 2:08 PM CST. – It’s Saturday. Yay! I am feeling like this afternoon and through the night will be a productive night for me. My main focus is building my D98.co updates archive. I gotta get those posts published so that I can start filling them in with updates, and start publishing content over there more regularly.

OHYIDI 068 Checking In

It’s Friday, September 5th, 2025 at 4:32 PM CST. – It’s Friday. Yay! I brought my main work station gear with me for tonight. I’m going to try and get some site building done on my D98.co website. I have really enjoyed working on my Surface Pro 11 this week, but I gotta get serious over the weekend to get my website built. I’m currently sitting in my truck with the AC running, and eating some snacks while it’s raining.

OHYIDI 065 Checking In

It’s Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 7:25 PM CST. – It’s been 6 days since my last check in here at OHYIDI. No I haven’t been sick. I’ve just been working a lot on my D98.co website. I am building some website and social media directories over there, and publishing all the posts I need are a little time consuming. In doing that, I kind of forgot I have this site here at OHYIDI to update lol. Ooops. Oh well, shit happens. The important thing is I’m staying busy, and that wherever I’m working at, I can account for my time and say that I have been productive at something. There is a lot of work going on over there from publishing new content, to transferring content from my older websites to that one. There are going to be a lot of times where I may not get to publish something here at OHYIDI every day as I would like to, and as was originally planned when I launched this site. Maybe it will happen that I can work some kind of routine into my schedule that will ensure I’m doing that in one way or another as time goes on. For now, I’m going to pass it off as maybe daily publishing here will happen, and maybe it won’t, and whatever happens is ok. For tonight, I am working on a Hashtags directory over there, and I’m listening to some music on Spotify – 808 State currently as I’m writing this check in. I am not overly familiar with 808 State music, but only the name. I was actually introduced to their music in the early 90s, but never really got into it much. Tonight I’m exploring it to see how many of their albums I can get through while I’m working. I’m also doing some shopping on Amazon to see if I can find a bigger bluetooth party speaker than that the one I currently have, which is the first Soundcore Rave (I think) speaker. It’s ok, but I want something with a little more punch that won’t require turning the volume up excessively to get a good sound, but not something that is too much heavier. I need to be able to keep it in my vehicle and easily move in and out, and I need it to come with the Amazon payments option that doesn’t require interest payments. I have shopped for something to fit these needs several times, and no luck yet.
